Petition system is China's traditional culture and system,development continues to this day,in our country after the founding of new China,letters and visits system has also been formally as the legal system of our country,it is people express their demands and the legal rights of passage,is in the national system construction in order to make sure people get legal protection.Reporting system is the development of the people express their opinions,rights and legal way,but the letters and visits system in recent years,there is a large problem,face different leadership,have different decision-making,the use of a complaint reporting system has a special relationship,especially the letters and public security work,to explore the necessity and of letters and public security work has very realistic significance.In recent years,the distribution of the different social interests,a variety of conflicts occur repeatedly,the most important manifestation is the letters and visits,according to the national bureau of statistics in 2017,nearly three years in our country is rising,the number of letters in 2017,up 11.45% year on year.Moreover,in recent years,there have been many forms of complaint reporting,and the phenomenon of abnormal letters and visits is very large,which is also a necessity for the people to protect their legitimate rights and interests.From the perspective of the development of letters and visits,continuous letters and visits have brought great hidden dangers to China's social harmony,and some may endanger national security.Police complaint reporting in our country as the people of the most important rights in the form of maintenance,can not only express the demands of the masses,will also be able to close ties with the masses,through the petition system can reflect the condition of the people,also can adjust the dispute.Based on this,this article through the questionnaire survey research methods,with DG city as the research object,through DG complaint reporting system and the related theories of social psychology,combined with the actual condition of DG city public security letters and analyses the status quo,and the combination of questionnaire survey data analysis,DG city police complaint reporting problems and reason analysis,further analyzing the benefits of DG city public security letters,and also puts forward several countermeasures and Suggestions on improving DG city public security letters,hope this research can be the reference for the development of public security of letters,and can help improve DG city public security management and progress of the handling of complaint reporting.
