The cause of the Communist Party of China has been won because of Party building.The Communist Party of China is in the forefront of the times,firmly in power,the key to shouldering the historical mission is strict administration of the Party.In the new period,the main guideline and work direction of ruling the Party in an all-round and strict manner is to closely link the ideological building of the Party with the establishment of the Party in the system,and to promote it together.In the course of the organizational construction and development of the CPC in 1997,it has always attached importance to the continuous injection of fresh blood and absorbed the outstanding elements from the young college students into the CPC.Strengthening the work of Party building for college students is an important basic policy of the Communist Party of China.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,especially the reform and opening up In 2000,the Party building work of college students was continuously developing and innovating,with remarkable achievements: the number of Party activists and student Party members continued to rise,and more college students' Party members were enriched into the ranks of Party members.As of June 30,2016,The total number of college students' Party members in China is more than 2.11 million,accounting for 7.7% of the total number of college students in China,with a total of 79,600 students' Party branches,the quality of college students' Party members is constantly improving,and the development of college students' Party members is further standardized.The pioneering and exemplary role of college Party members has been actively brought into play,and the organizational and combat effectiveness of the students has been continuously strengthened.But because of the market economy and the global economy,The negative influence brought by the transformation and the neglect of the transformation of the world outlook,the consciousness,purpose consciousness,legal consciousness,responsibility consciousness,organization consciousness and anxiety consciousness.It has a negative impact on the establishment and enhancement of current college student Party members' consciousness.The fourth part of this paper presents the main problems of College Students' consciousness of the Party members,from the influence of the social environment to the consciousness of the Party members,and the lack of education and management of College Students' consciousness of the Party members and the University.The fifth part of this
