Research On Party Constitution Consciousness Cultivation Of College Student Party Members

College Student party members ’ Party Constitution Consciousness is a general term for party constitution thoughts, ideas and psychological. Party constitution consciousness including advanced consciousness, sense of purpose, mission consciousness, discipline consciousness, cultivating college students party members ’Party Constitution Consciousness is to foster the consciousness of these. The cultivation of College Student party members ’ Party Constitution Consciousness,is the important guarantee to strengthen the construction of the party itself, is the strong support to complete the task of colleges, is the urgent need to enhance party members’ party spirit.Based on theoretical research and the existing questionnaire, compiled questionnaire of College Students party members ’ Party Constitution Consciousness,part of college students Party members of 6 universities in Sichuan province are investigated. From the five aspects on advanced consciousness, sense of purpose,mission consciousness, discipline consciousness,constitution consciousness education to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of College Student party members’ Party Constitution Consciousness. Research shows that : College Students party members’ party constitution consciousness in general is well, but a few college students party members’ party constitution is not familiar,advanced is not prominent,bitter optimism is improper,communist belief is not firm, lack of sense of shame,discipline is not strong, some advanced, aim, mission, discipline practice need to be further enhanced. On this basis, discussion and analysis of the causes of college students lack of party members ’ Party Constitution Consciousness, put forward the principles and Countermeasures of the cultivation of College Student party members ’Party Constitution Consciousness.Principle of the cultivation of College Student party members ’ Party Constitution Consciousness is directive principles, democratic principles, the principle of permeability, exemplary principles and incentive principles.By strengthening theoretical study to deepen the party constitution consciousness, promoting self education internalization the party constitution consciousness, guaranteeing the practice Externalization party constitution consciousness, promoting innovative method to optimize the party constitution and setting up mechanism to cure the party constitution and other measures can effectively cultivate the party constitution consciousness of college student party members.
