Research On The Security-management Problem Of The Armed Police Traffic Force During Emergency Rescue

Serious natural disasters and accidents have become more and more important factors which affecting our social stability currently.As a professional power of our country,the Armed Police Traffic Force often have to been in the front line of rescue and relief work for a long time.On the one hand,emergent rescue what they undertake is often high-risk work,and the soldiers have to face the security threats frequently.On the other hand,as for the units,there are always threats and challenges for the safety management itself.It has become a more and more important task for the Armed Police Traffic Force to deal with these situations and further strengthen the safety management effectively.Based on the background above,this paper takes a representative grass-root unit for example.The security threats and current situations of management has been analyzed systematically by using for reference of the Period-life-cycle theory of crisis management,the theory of Public Administration,and other types of support around the country.In this thesis,in general,we analyses and expounds the issues and causes of the safety management.A series of relevant principle,approach and countermeasure related to this section has been proposed for the whole course of the task which are claimed to be of feasible and objective.We can see clearly that they have played an effective role to improve safety levels.
