In recent years, with natural disasters becoming more and more multiple, diverse and uncertain, emergency rescue is onerous increasingly. How to improve efficiency of rescue task and give full play to China’s Armed Police Traffic is an urgent topic some relevant departments faced. Emergency rescue equipment is the decisive factor to emergency rescue mission. There is very important significance for improving the quality of CAPT emergency rescue to establish a set of scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system of CAPT’s equipment support ability in emergency rescue.Influence factors of the equipment support ability of CAPT in emergency rescue are analyzed and summarized by obtaining data, surveying and consulting. Combing with characteristics and relevant principles of CAPT emergency rescue index system, a set of integrated evaluation index system which contains five primary indexes, fifteen secondary indexes and forty-seven tertiary indexes is established. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the appraisal model of the equipment support ability of CAPT in emergency rescue. Taking 4.25 Nepal international earthquake relief as an example to verify the model, the original data is obtained by experts vote and the questionnaire survey. In order to ensure the evaluation result not only subjective but also objective, combination of analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and entropy weight method is adopt to determine index weights. Finally, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the target’s comprehensive score. The results accurately reflect the actual equipment support ability of CAPT in this earthquake emergency rescue. It shows that the comprehensive evaluation model built in paper is scientific, reasonable and feasible. It will provide theoretical support for the equipment support ability of CAPT in emergency rescue to improve, and provide more scientific decision-making basis to carry out equipment support work.
