Research On The Copyright Protection Of The "AI Works" From The Perspective Of Dissemination

With the rapid development of science and technology,the era of artificial intelligence is coming quietly.After the “AIphaGo” defeated the first player of go in the world,Li shishi,artificial intelligence realized a gorgeous turn on the world stage and won the wonder of all mankind.While in the field of literature and art,writing poems,composing music,writing news,painting and even performing,we can always see the AI involved in all kinds of artistic activities.On the one hand,the “AI works” is emerging and spreading rapidly.On the other hand,the law is blank in the attribution of rights and protection of dissemination.The emergence of “AI works” has brought great impact and challenge to the copyright law.Since the birth of the world's first copyright law,the statute of Anna,every major change in copyright law is closely related to the development of science and technology.Artificial intelligence technology is different from printing technology and Internet technology.It not only impacts the legal system of copyright in terms of the bearing mode and expression form of works,the “AI Works” presents new challenges to copyright law in ownership,nature,dissemination,protection and many other aspects.What the “AI works” change is not only the way works are created,also changes people's ideas and legal system at the same time,it opened a new era in the field of human literature,art and even copyright.While it also brings about many problems,all the countries are trying to deal with this emerging thing.This paper research on the attribution and protection of rights as well as the dissemination of the “AI works” with the latest theoretical achievements from dual perspective of communication and law.While the emphasis is analyzes the nature,the attribution of rights as well as the problems and solutions in the dissemination process of the “AI Works”.It is expected to put forward constructive suggestions for the protection and dissemination of the “AI works”.This paper consists of five parts :The first part of the paper expounds the concept of the “AI works” in the introduction and discusses the significance of studying this topic,then summarizes the current research results of artificial intelligence.In the second part,the author analyze the problems caused by the “AI Works”.In the third part the author discuss the nature and attribution of rights of the “AI Works”,namely the subject and object problem.In the Fourth part,the author tries to put forward a plan to promote the development and dissemination of the “AI Works” from the perspective of system construction.Finally,the conclusion is drawn from the full text.
