Research On Copyright Protection Of Artificial Intelligence Works

Accompanied by the successive advancement and development of science and technology,artificial intelligence has long transformed from a pure idea to an enormous property involving many fields.Not only has it improved the quality of human life,it has also enriched the ideological world of humanity.Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly intelligent,and artificial intelligence works emerge endlessly.For example,in May 2017,the first collection of poems produced by robot "Xiaobing" emerged,the bazaar reacted actively.Artificial intelligence technology is constantly improving with the development of the times,and has been diffusely applied in a lot of areas and industries.We must be aware that while artificial intelligence has brought us many conveniences,it has also impacted the existing copyright system.This impact is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: first,in the context of copyright law,how to characterize artificial intelligence works? Second,can artificial intelligence be an author in copyright law? Third,how should the copyright of artificial intelligence works belong?
