Funds Management Research Of DX08 Project

Along with the development of China,the requirements of the weapon equipments are enhanced accordingly,and the rate of weapon's innovation is also accelerated,what to follow is how to raise the project management level to satisfy research demands,and how to provide a guarantee for the completion of the task on time and by indicator,wherein the fund management of model development is also an important part.By drawing on the aerospace industrial forerunners' manage experience,the aim of the paper is to apply the advanced theories and techniques in developed countrys to the fund management of DX08 project to raise the management efficiency and quality.After analyzing the theories and techniques of some interrelated projects management,especially the fund management,analysis and demonstrations of the DX08 project fund management of main process,method and contents are presented.The paper,on the base of the theoretical summary of fund management of morden weapon project,first analyze some research institute's project research and manufacturing fund management,control process and the problem in the project fund management.Second,set up the management system of DX08 proj ect fund,Specificly including organization system,document system,technique system.Third,the analysis of the research implementary scheme of DX08 project research and manufacturing fund management is presented,and the specific principles of DX08 research and manufacturing fund management and for management focus and characteristics at all stages of DX08 project fund management are proposed,develop a fund control process and method,aim at DX08 project each stage fund management of the management point and characteristics put forward concrete solutions,then put forward safeguard measures of the risk fund control.Finally illustrated by the case of fund control process of the stage of missile carrying a computer in DX08 project,discusse the fund control method,the result certificate method in thesis scientific,effective,advantaged and feasible,accord with the requierment of morden National Defense's fund management,and can apply other project's fund management.
