Network Transaction Disputes And Modern Integrity Construction Under The Background Of "Internet+"

Since the implementaion of the "Internet+" strategy from 2015,many new types of third-party E-commerce platforms have been established.Network transactions have been connected to all walks of life with the advantages of sharing,intelligence and convenience,satisfying people's diverse needs of their daily life.However,problems such as false information,conflicts about interest,abuse of power and lag in service during the transaction process have become more and more prominent,which has gradually aroused widespread attention in society.Currently,the researches on online transaction disputes mainly focuse on the fields in law,economy and science and technology.The research from sociology is relatively rare.It is necessary to study the roots of disputes based on the relevant theoretical perspectives of sociology.Based on the background of "Internet+Accommodation",consumption of homestay inn has got rapid development,this paper takes the TJ homestay inn platform which provides the consumption service of the homestay inn as an example to study the network transaction disputes.The author took part in the work of the West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou,and experienced and learned about many transaction disputes about homestay inn consumption.Through interviews and observations,the author revealed the actions and logic of the merchants,TJ homestay inn platform providers and consumers in causing online transaction disputes.The analysis shows that in order to maximize profits,merchants use false information,use platform bidding,price discrimination and cover up service defects,which destroy consumers' informed rights and interests.TJ homestay inn platform providers fail to keep balance between the pursuit of interests and compliance rules.With the power of platform technology control and trading rules,TJ homestay inn platform providers interfere with business operations,make one-way change rules and fail to negotiate disputes over transaction disputes.Consumers have doubts about the integrity of online transactions,and have a cautionary attitude toward offline strangers.They write unreal comments,guard against offline interaction,refuse to accept rules and appear to have misconduct.By studying the reasons behind the dispute,the author concludes that the root cause of the frequent Internet transaction disputes in the "Internet+" era is that the modern network transaction integrity has not been formed yet,and the original integrity system no longer adapts to the new situation.To this end,the author combines the "Internet+" under the big data,new media and other technical forces,proposes to build a unified credit platform,link integrity behavior and rights,use new media to supervise integrity and other means to build network transaction integrity.
