The arrival of the “Internet” era has promoted the development of many new technology industries.The development of the information technology industry represented by e-commerce has been particularly rapid,bringing many conveniences to the public's life.The contribution of the Internet to the entire national economy cannot be overlooked,but some drawbacks in the development of the Internet economy cannot be ignored.The network transaction has the characteristics of virtuality,cross-regionality,and complexity.The completion of the network transaction needs to rely on the technical support of the e-commerce platform.The e-commerce platform can be divided into a self-built platform and a third-party ecommerce platform based on the differences in the establishment of the main body.The online food transaction third-party platform discussed in this paper is a third-party e-commerce platform that takes food transactions as its hosting content.This platform provides technical support for transactions between food users and consumers on the Internet,and undertakes supervision of food business operators.Obligations.The online food transaction third-party platform mainly relies on the payment of deposits and commissions by merchants who have settled on the platform to achieve their own profitability and long-term operation.In recent years,online food trading third-party platforms represented by “American group take-out” and “hungry?” have entered the online trading market.If there is no effective government supervision during the period of “growth” of the platform,it will inevitably lead to a gap between platforms.Vicious competition leads to monopolistic behavior,which makes the rights of operators and consumers unable to be guaranteed and eventually causes market chaos.Therefore,the research on the administrative supervision of the third-party platform for online food transaction has certain practical significance.This article discusses the administrative supervision of third-party platforms for online food transactions from three parts.The first part is the basic theory of the administrative supervision of the third-party platform for online food transactions,including the concept and type of third-party platform for online food transactions,the concept and institutional content of the third-party platform for the management of online food transactions,and the institutional content;the second part is based on online food transactions.The main body of the administrative supervision of the tripartite platform,the problem of administrative supervision in the market access,market operation,and post-exit phase of the platform,from the backwardness of the concept of administrative supervision and the imperfect legislation,analyzes the causes of the problem;the third part is to improve the network food.The countermeasures for the administrative supervision of third-partytrading platforms include changing the concept of administrative supervision,clarifying the division of duties and powers of administrative supervision bodies,improving the law enforcement capabilities of regulatory entities,establishing a diversified supervision model,and perfecting market access for platforms,administrative supervision during operations,and aftermarket Withdraw from the three major countermeasures.
