Religious Risks And Prevention In The Implementation Of The "The Belt And Road" Initiative

More than 100 countries and international organizations have participated in the world since President Xi Jinping proposed the "Belt and Road Initiative" for more than five years.While the "Belt and Road Initiative" provides opportunities for the development of China and the countries along the route,the complex religious problems and the changing security situation in the region have also brought challenges to the construction of the "Belt and Road".The Middle East,Central Asia,West Asia and North Africa,which are currently hot spots,regional turmoil and terrorism,are the core areas of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative and economic corridors.These areas are not only rich in religious beliefs,but also concentrated in religious communities.The situation is also different,and the behind-the-scenes incidents are also closely related to the risks posed by religion.As an important social force,religion has greatly affected the construction and smooth advancement of the"Belt and Road".Therefore,it is imperative to prevent religious risks.This paper takes the religious risk on the "Belt and Road" as the research center,based on the Marxist religious theory and Xi Jinping's religious work thoughts,and uses the international relations theory in the context of the "Belt and Road Initiative" to adopt qualitative research methods and case studies.The law combines the six economics of the top-level design of the country to comprehensively analyze the religious risks along the "Belt and Road".The article takes the religious situation along the "Belt and Road" and the prominent religious risks as the starting point,and analyzes the main composition,geographical distribution and religious development of the religion from a geographical perspective.On this basis,it is found that the "Belt and Road" is faced with the risk of religious conflict,the risk of sectarian disputes,the risk of religious extremism,the risk of religious rule of law,the risk of political and religious relations,and the subjective cognitive risk of religion.These religious risks have worsened the political environment to a certain extent,affected the political stability in the country,caused political communication difficulties in the international arena,caused harm to the "Belt and Road" and endangered regional security through the penetration of China's border areas;religious risks aggravated economic losses,It mainly includes the destruction of project construction and threatens the investment enviromnent along the line;in addition,due to the misinterpretation of religious culture and the misunderstanding of religious culture,religious risks hinder cultural exchanges.The key to solving this problem lies in the guidance of the spirit of "Important Discussion of Xi Jinping's Religious Work".As the main promoter of the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative.Xi Jinping's leadership is crucial to preventing religious risks.Combine theoretical emphasis with realistic orientation,ensure religious security in real-time early warning and monitoring mechanisms,promote religious harmony in the community of human destiny,resist religious risks in equality and tolerance,exchange and mutual understanding,and realize religious groups in economic and trade cooperation.The common development of interests and joint efforts against religious extremist forces in regional multilateral cooperation mechanisms.By proposing these strategies,the negative impact of religious risks on the "Belt and Road" will be alleviated to the greatest extent,and the construction of the "Belt and Road" will be guaranteed.
