Research On The Legal System Of The Third Party Platform Supervision Of Internet Food Trading

In recent years,the development of the Internet economy has driven the economic growth of online food transactions.With the accelerated pace of modern life,people are increasingly demanding quality of service,including online ordering and online trading of food.The existence of a third-party platform allows people to enjoy delicious food without leaving their home.However,due to the particularity of the food itself and the virtuality and complexity of the network environment,the food safety problem in the network environment is very worrying.At this stage,China’s legal norms are too general,and there are many difficulties in implementing supervision.In the face of online food safety issues,how the government effectively monitors,how companies self-discipline,how third-party platforms play their role,and how other social actors participate are facing new challenges.This paper takes the supervision of the third-party platform of online food trading as the starting point.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations;the second part,This paper introduces the status quo and existing problems of the supervision of third-party platforms for online food transactions.The third part elaborates on the theoretical research related to network food safety supervision,some experiences of supervision of various subjects and supervision of foreign developed countries.The fourth part is from society.From the perspective of co-governing,it puts forward suggestions and measures to improve the supervision of third-party platforms for online food transactions,from improving the government supervision mode,enterprise management system in market supervision,self-regulation system of third-party platform of network transaction and other social participation system.Four aspects to promote online food safety supervision,to ensure the quality of online food,to provide consumers with a safe,effective,convenient and fast online food environment to protect consumers’ health and health rights.
