Research On The Practice Path Of Socialist Core Values Leading Rural Revitalization

The 19th National Congress of the Party proposed a strategy for rural revitalization.In the process of rural revitalization,its politics,economy,culture and ecology are mutually compatible,politics is the guarantee,economy is the foundation,culture is the soul,and the leading role of socialist core values in rural politics and economy should be exerted.The core values of socialism are a component of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,a reflection of social economy and politics,and a guiding and restrictive role for social development.Strengthening the cultivation and practice of socialist core values in the countryside is conducive to liberating peasants,arousing the peasants’ positive and enterprising consciousness,cultivating new-type professional peasants that meet the requirements of modern rural construction;facilitating the depiction and foreseeing the future rural social production and life,and stimulating farmers Pursue the desire for a happy and beautiful life,mobilize and master the peasant masses,and bring the spiritual power to the process of revitalization in all areas of the countryside.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction.The second part analyzes the relationship between socialist core values and rural revitalization strategies.Explain the concept and development process of the rural revitalization strategy,and the socialist core values lead the great significance of rural revitalization.The third part takes Donglong Village,Songhu Village and Jiutang Village in N County of Jiangxi Province as an example to conduct a questionnaire survey and demonstration on the cultivation and practice of socialist core values in the countryside.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the main achievements of the current rural cultivation and practice of socialist core values are: the improvement of rural social atmosphere,the gradual improvement of farmers’ ideological and moral standards,and the gradual enhancement of farmers’ scientific spirit;the main problems of the existence include: rural grassroots The prestige of the party organization is low,the construction of rural civilization is still lacking,and the construction of the rule of law in rural areas is relatively lagging behind.The fourth part analyzes the main reasons for the predicament of rural cultivation and practice of socialist core values,that is,the impact of social transformation on rural society,the weak foundation of rural public cultural service,the weakening of rural grassrootsparty organizations,and the fact that farmers are still in relative poverty.The fifth part proposes the main path of cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism to lead the rural revitalization: consolidating the material basis of value consensus,increasing the power of rural development;improving the institutional guarantee of value consensus,improving the capacity of rural governance;and consolidating the culture of value consensus Foundation,enhance the civilized civilization;strengthen the social foundation of value consensus,shape the new style of the countryside;bring together the main force of value consensus,and cultivate new professional farmers.
