Research On The Path Of Remolding Farmers’ Values Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the acceleration of agricultural and rural modernization.The modernization of agriculture and rural areas cannot be separated from the modernization of farmers,because the modernization of farmers is the foundation of realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In a sense,rural revitalization cannot be realized without the improvement of farmers’ own quality and the modernization of their ideological consciousness and values.Whether farmers have modern values will directly affect the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,so it is bound to realize the modernization of farmers’ values,so as to promote the all-round development of farmers.The modernization of peasants’ ideology and values is related to the solution of the "three rural issues" and the realization of the goal of building China into a modern socialist power in an all-round way.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment of the socialist market economy system,the values of Chinese farmers have changed a lot.In the vast rural areas of our country,the traditional farming culture makes the majority of farmers in the values of the original,sluggish,dependent side;In the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,Chinese society is in the era of great changes in value differentiation and transmutation,so that the majority of farmers have a side of freedom,enterprising and competition in value.The impact of commodity economy and multiculturalism on traditional values in China’s rural areas makes everyone undergo the baptism and tempering of The Times,and thus the values of farmers will be differentiated and different.The more intense the differentiation and difference is,the greater the possibility of social contradictions and conflicts will be,and the social instability factors and risks will also intensify.Therefore,it is necessary to reshape the values of peasants and create advanced guidance,demonstration,regulation and shaping power.This paper analyzes and grasps the general characteristics of current farmers’ values by issuing questionnaires to 16 provinces in China,and focuses on eight dimensions of farmers’ land values,values of justice and benefit,values of consumption,values of education,values of employment,values of political participation,values of rule of law and ecological values,and empirically analyzes the current status of farmers’ values.According to the survey results,it points out some improper representations and causes of current farmers’ values,and then puts forward ways to reshape farmers’ values,in order to provide some useful references for guiding and reshaping farmers’ values.
