Research On The Evolution Of The Chinese Communist Party's Strategy Of Ruling The Country By Law Since The Reform And Opening-up

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided promote the rule of law comprehensively and clearly pointed out:"The rule of law is the basic way of governing the country." As a strategy,it can be traced back to the beginning of the founding of New China.In 1978,reform and opening-up opened its breakthrough development valve.Since then,it has gone through a long process with the economy,society,the rule of law,and the people changing and developing.The interaction between people,society and the country is becoming more frequent and more harmonious.The strategy has also kept pace with the pace of social development and has been constantly adjusted and improved in accordance with the requirements of the new situation.The interesting interaction is valuable to both the rule of law strategy and other strategic decisions.Based on the history since the founding of New China,this paper grasps the contact and integration between the two guys and smoothly describes the formation and development of the rule of law strategy.By comparing the legal maturity of the people at different stages,this paper summarizes the presentation of the rule of law strategy in different periods.Finally,it points out that it is full of hope and love to govern a country according to law.Within early collecting materials,this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,including the background,current research situation,research methods and main concepts.The second part discusses the development and changes of our economy and the legal construction in the early stage of reform and opening-up.The third part discusses the development of the legal publicity and education of the Communist Party of China.The fourth part mainly discusses the cooperation of the people,the state and the Communist Party of China.The fifth part is that higher requirements of the new era,past achievements and future planning.The sixth part is a conclusion.By reviewing the history,people can understand the essence of humanism in the strategy of rule of law of the Communist Party of China.
