The Research Of The Evolution And Innovation Of The Chinese Communist Party Patrol System After The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

The Communist Party of China(CPC)began to try to establish a party patrol system at the beginning of its establishment.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1978,the Central Committee has developed a patrol system within the Party in order to strengthen the building of an honest and clean government and conform to the requirements of the development of the times.In particular,after the convening of the 18 th Party Congress in 2012,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward a major proposition of "comprehensively and strictly ruling the party" to the whole party.As a kind of supervisory system within the Chinese Communist Party,the patrol system is a strong,highly extensive and highly targeted supervision.It has its unique function to strengthen the construction of internal and external government and the promotion of anti-corruption,and discusses the remarkable effect of the patriarchal patrol system in the process of anti-corruption since the 18 th CPC National Congress,and finally sums up the historical experience of the development and innovation of the patriarchal patrol system after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
