Network Content Management In The Information Age

In the current Internet information age,the network has had a tremendous impact on the study,life and thinking of minors,objectively changing the socialization of today’s minors.At the same time,the network bad information for the growing stage of minors,it’s easy to cause varying degrees of negative impact.It is undoubtedly one of the key problems to be solved urgently whether the minors can develop healthily in cyberspace,avoid being influenced by the bad contents of the network,strengthen the management of the network contents,and control the network information and contents that the minors may contact from the source.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the analysis of the factors affecting the safety of minors’Internet access,including online games,obscene,pornographic information,bad social networking,pop-up advertisements,children’s mystery films and so on.The second part is the practice of network content management in China,combing the regulation measures of network content in China,and evaluating the practice of network content management in China.The third part summarizes the foreign advanced experience of network content management and the enlightenment to the practice of network content management in China.The fourth part is how to strengthen China’s network content management thinking,from the legislative regulation put forward suggestions,as well as from the management platform construction and technical capacity to achieve thinking.
