Studying The Standardized Path Of The Jiangsu Prison Under The Target Of "Modern Prison"

with the advancement of China's modernization society,the political,economic and cultural characteristics of the modernization development are presented,among which the development and evolution of modern prisons conform to the requirements of current social development and become a new symbol of the reform and development of China's prison system.With the development of modern prisons,the standardization of law enforcement in prison system demands more stringent.How to standardize the execution of punishment,the internal management of prison,the management of prison team and the comprehensive guarantee has become a new content of modern prison law enforcement.However,at present,there are no specific standards for the construction of modern prisons and the target development of modern prisons to achieve the standardization of law enforcement.Therefore,how to guide the standardized law enforcement with the construction concept of modern prison and how to realize the goal of "modern prison" through the standardized law enforcement remains to be practiced.In recent years,the civilian police force in jiangsu prison has been gradually expanding,and the prison hardware level has been continuously improved,but the prison law enforcement irregularities have also been frequent,some even caused more serious consequences,which has aroused people's extensive attention to the prison.It is urgent to solve the problem of prison law enforcement standardization under the aim of "modern prison".Based on the theories of public governance,performance management and service-oriented government,this paper USES literature research,field investigation and quantitative analysis to study the status quo of the standardization of law enforcement in jiangsu prison.First of all,the related research at home and abroad is summarized to lay the research content of this paper.Secondly,briefly describe the theoretical basis of the study.This paper defines the relevant concepts of modern prison and law enforcement standardization,and analyzes the relevant theories of prison law enforcement standardization to form the theoretical basis of the paper.Then further points out jiangsu prison law enforcement standardization status and should meet the standard.This paper analyzes the present situation of the standardization of law enforcement in jiangsu prison from the aspects of penalty execution,internal management and comprehensive guarantee,and puts forward the definition standard of law enforcement standardization,which forms the realistic foundation of this paper.Based on the survey data analysis of jiangsu prison law enforcement standardization problems.Based on the data related to the law enforcement of jiangsu prisons,this paper further expounds the specific problems in the three aspects of the overall law enforcement standardization level of jiangsu prisons,the law enforcement standardization level of prisons at all levels and the law enforcement standardization content through quantitative analysis.Then,based on the development of modern prisons in jiangsu province,the reasons are analyzed from three aspects:the concept of modern prison law enforcement,the construction of modern prisons,and the specific guidance of prison law enforcement.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical analysis of jiangsu prison law enforcement standardization under the target of "modern prison",combining with the problems of jiangsu prison law enforcement standardization and the causes of the problems,corresponding solutions are proposed for specific problems:1.Popularize the concept of modern prison and improve the standard of law enforcement;2.2.Promote the construction of modern prisons steadily through hierarchical development;3.Strengthen the standardized guidance of law enforcement for each prison.The countermeasures to improve the standardization level of jiangsu prison law enforcement were applied to modern prison law enforcement practice to verify the feasibility of the countermeasures.
