The Improvement Of China's International Discourse Power In The Area Of International Digital Trade Rules

Based on Fairclough's three-dimensional analysis framework,the international discourse power in the area of international digital trade rules can be evaluated through the agreement texts involving international digital trade rules,the negotiation interaction process of each discourse subject and the analysis of national interests behind it.And,based on Foucault's theory,it is possible to propose from three perspectives,internal control means,external exclusion procedure and application principle of discourse subject,to enhance China's international discourse power.Based on Fairclough's three-dimensional analysis framework,from a macro perspective,the dominant international discourse power of WTO has not yet been formed.Therefore,both the United States and the European Union have vigorously promoted their own rule templates in regional trade agreements to expanded their international discourse powers,thereby finally formulating international digital trade rules in line with national interests.In comparison,China has a lack of depth and promotion of digital trade rules.On the one hand,it has not yet formed a "Chinese template".On the one hand,it has not promoted "Chinese template" to the international community.Based on Foucault's theory,in order to enhance China's international discourse power in the area of international digital trade rules,it is necessary to follow the principles of criticism,purification,and disciplines to create a Chinese Template in internal control means;to avoid misunderstanding on Chinese Template in external exclusion procedures;to create an applicable ecology of Chinese template using discourse community and social possession in application principle of discourse subject.And so on to enhance China's international discourse power in multiple directions.
