Thanks to the development of economy, science and technology, mankind gradually overcomes the harsh environment in Antarctica, and the Antarctic is no longer the"forbidden zone".In addition to scientific investigations,Antarctic tourism has also developed rapidly. The development of Antarctic tourism also poses a threat to the Antarctic ecological environment.Although the existing Antarctic treaty system has played a certain role in restricting Antarctic tourism activities, the relevant treaties are not aimed at Antarctic tourism itself. Therefore, the international Antarctic tourism governance mechanism has not yet been formed. Therefore, this reach is oriented to the problems faced by Antarctic tourism from the perspective of global governance.Firstly,it briefly introduces the development of Antarctic and Antarctic tourism, highlights the negative impact of Antarctic tourism on the Antarctic ecological environment, and proposes the necessity of Antarctic tourism governance; Then,Incorporating the basic connotation of global governance into the existing Antarctic tourism governance mechanism,It is found that the existing mechanism is flawed, and it is not enough to cope with the challenge of the Antarctic tourism. In view of this situation,It should raise the Antarctic tourism to the height of global governance, introduce the concept of "ecotourism",Clarify the main body of tourism governance in Antarctica, formulate the unified legal norms of Antarctic tourism and reform the relevant systems; Finally, combined with the latest normative documents of the Oceanic Administration of China, provides suggestions for China to participate in the global governance of Antarctic tourism. From the international and domestic levels,it proposes a "two-step" strategy and envisages the construction of China's Antarctic tourism governance network.
