The current international community is still a turbulent international society.The complicated international relations have caused the international situation to constantly change.What remains unchanged is that the hegemonic behavior of the United States has never stopped.On the issue of whether the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the US economic sanctions law conforms to international law,countries initially believe that they violate international law,deny their extraterritorial effects,and constantly denounce,protest,and boycott US extraterritorial economic sanctions gradually become active cooperation.To show goodwill to the United States,acknowledging and publicly expressing compliance with the US economic sanctions law.The change in attitudes of these countries has further fueled the arrogance of the United States and has made the extraterritorial jurisdiction of US economic sanctions universally effective.The international community is constantly advocating corporate compliance operations,and pays more and more attention to the level of corporate compliance.A company's compliance level can not only demonstrate the company's business capabilities,credit status,but also demonstrate an enterprise's ability to avoid risks.However,Chinese companies have a large gap in compliance,and their compliance awareness is weak.There are very few companies with mature and sound compliance systems.The Chinese government has issued a special "Guidelines for Corporate Compliance Management" for corporate compliance management,which has raised the company's compliance management from a socially aware level to a legal level,providing guidance for overseas companies to comply with compliance management.But from legislation to concrete implementation,this will be a long process of exploration.In summary,Chinese companies urgently need to arm themselves with compliance management to make up for the shortcomings of Chinese companies outside the country in competition with other companies in the international community.In the context of this severe international situation,we must study the concepts ofinternational economic sanctions in a more in-depth manner,analyze the legal risks that US economic sanctions will bring to Chinese enterprises,and how enterprises and governments should respond to the US outside the international situation.Economic sanctions and how to mitigate their impact on Chinese companies.This paper mainly uses enumeration,comparison,case analysis and other methods to carry out research.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is a case study.The case is used as an entry point to analyze the reasons for the sanctions imposed by Chinese companies,the basis for sanctions,the way to be sanctioned,and some lessons and revelations after reflection.The second part mainly introduces the definition of economic sanctions,the parties to economic sanctions and the types of economic sanctions,so that people have a basic understanding of the concept of economic sanctions.The third part introduces the laws on which the US domestic economic sanctions are based and the relevant departments that implement economic sanctions.It also analyzes the scope of the US extraterritorial economic sanctions and the principles for the extraterritorial effects of economic sanctions,and makes people's economic sanctions against the United States and There is a basic understanding of the scope of US extraterritorial economic sanctions.In the last part of the article,we mainly introduce the legal risks brought by the US economic sanctions.How should the Chinese government and enterprises respond to the prevention,and put forward suggestions on corporate compliance management.
