A Study On The Questions And Strategies Of Grass-roots Letter Visits

Letters and visits refer to the way in which ordinary people communicate directly with state organs or units through letters,visits and telephone calls,reflecting some real situations to them and expressing their true opinions.Letters and visits are conducive to solving practical problems.The petition system is a political system with Chinese characteristics.Ordinary people can participate in political activities through this system.Ordinary people can also safeguard their rights and interests through the petition system.Through petition,the distance between the people and the Party is narrowed,and the most authentic ideas of ordinary people are expressed.The work of letters and visits plays a vital role in social stability.With the continuous strengthening of the masses' awareness of safeguarding their rights,the number and scale of letters and visits are constantly increasing,and showing the characteristics of complexity and diversity.Letters and visits not only solve social disputes,but also bring a series of social problems.People ignore the legal role of the system of letters and visits,which leads to the problem of "letters and visits do not believe in the law".On the other hand,because the government and staff are not perfect in coping methods,many times they do not put forward good solutions to related incidents,or even fall into a passive situation,which not only can not solve the problem in essence,but also can intensify contradictions and encourage unhealthy tendencies.Based on the petition system,this paper studies and analyses the work situation of X Town,Yongkang City,Zhejiang Province.This study synthesizes a variety of research methods,including literature research,field investigation and case analysis.Through libraries,knowledgeable networks,newspapers and periodicals,the Internet and other channels,collect information related to petition work of grass-roots farmers,grasp the relevant theoretical basis.At the same time,the field survey of farmers' petition work in X Town,Yongkang City,Zhejiang Province was conducted,and the actual survey data were analyzed.On this basis,the relevant theory of sports public management,through the analysis of the current situation and predicament of petition,summed up the way out of petition work at the grass-roots level under the new situation,which has a certain reference significance for improving the current situation of petition work at the grass-roots level in Yongkang City.
