Research On The Way Of Resolving The Conflict Of Interest In The Process Of Housing Expropriation By The Government

With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,a large-scale movement of old city reconstruction and renewal and urban extension and expansion has been set off across the country.In the process of urban construction and reconstruction,especially in the large-scale land expropriation and demolition activities,a series of contradictions,disputes and even violent conflicts caused by expropriation and compensation interests will seriously affect the long-term stability of the country.In the process of housing expropriation,stakeholders should not only maintain their own interests,but also maximize their interests,and even compete for the interests of other stakeholders.Therefore,the conflicts of interest in the process of housing expropriation have been constant.As the legal subject of house expropriation on state-owned land,the government often plays a leading role in the conflict resolution process.The government should not only implement housing expropriation in accordance with its duties,laws and regulations,promote urban development,but also resolve social conflicts,balance social relations and promote social stability.This paper is based on the research on the way of government resolving the conflict of interest in the process of housing expropriation.Secondly,this paper briefly summarizes how the local government can effectively resolve the conflicts of interest in the process of housing expropriation from the aspects of the housing expropriation project and the conflict description,the causes of the conflicts and the main methods to resolve the conflicts.Then,this paper objectively expounds the division of interest subjects and the manifestation types of interest conflicts in the process of house expropriation,and further analyzes on this basis,and concludes that the main causes of interest conflicts are actually institutional incentives and misconduct of the subject and object,and clarifies the direction for the government to resolve the interest conflicts.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes of conflicts of interest,combined with the practice of the south square housing expropriation project of the railway station to resolve conflicts,this paper puts forward effective ways for the government to resolve conflicts of interest from the political and economic aspects.Through the systematic analysis of the way for the government to resolve the conflicts of interest in the process of housing expropriation,this paper hopes to enrich the theoretical research on the coordination of conflicts of interest in the process of housing expropriation in China,and at the same time provide some guidance for the resolution of conflicts in the process of housing expropriation.
