The Interest Conflict And Coordination Mechanism Of Housing Expropriation From State-owned Land

In recent years, along with the continuous development of economic, the urbanization process is accelerating. Housing expropriation is one of the important means of promoting urbanization process. However, it not only promote the development of urban and rural construction, but also bring about many social problems. The interest contradictions and conflicts caused by requisition of the houses has seriously affect the social harmony and stability. How to resolve the contradiction within the process of housing expropriation and establish an effective mechanism of interest coordination become a major theoretical and practical issue. Therefore, this thesis will apply the Policy Network Theory to structure the model of policy network of housing expropriation. Based on this, the paper takes the interest game relationship of the process of housing expropriation as main clue and takes policy system, the structure and the act of stakeholders as variate to analysis the root of the conflict on account of housing expropriation so that the fundamental strategies for dealing with the interest conflict of housing expropriation in process of urbanization in China.
