The concept of human destiny community originally belongs to the discussion and research in the fields of politics,especially diplomacy and international relations.However,politics and constitutionalism are linked.With the requirement of“promoting the construction of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind”determined in the form of a constitutional preamble,it is urgent to think about the community of shared future for mankind from the perspective of constitutionalism.At the same time,it conforms to the background of "rule by law" and "rule by constitution",and provides theoretical support for the development of the concept of human destiny community from the perspective of constitutional science.The introduction of the paper mainly summarizes the research results of various disciplines since the birth of the concept of the community of shared future for mankind.At the same time,it introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and methods of the paper.In the first chapter,from the perspective of constitutionalism,the concept of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind is interpreted from three aspects: the necessity of research,the semantic connotation,and the relationship between the connotations of constitutional value.Chapter two focuses on the constitutional texts of various countries,choosing the five aspects of peace and cooperation,common human values,foreign policy,religious beliefs and environmental policy which are closely related to the concept of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind in the constitutions of different countries,and draws relevant conclusions.The third chapter of the paper will discuss the path of building a the Community of Shared Future for Mankind on the basis of summarizing the previous chapters and combining the current reality.
