Research On The Problems And Strategies Of Counter-terrorism From The Perspective Of Audience

With the advent of the era of mass politics,terrorism must achieve its political goals by influencing the public and by virtue of the power of specific audiences to fight against sovereign states.In communication,the audience refers to the receivers,experiencers and feedbacks of information in mass communication.The audience of terrorism refers to the individuals and organizations in the social relations established and influenced by terrorist organizations through information dissemination in order to meet their interest needs.The study of the spread and implementation of terrorism ideas must start from its audience.However,the current academic and practical circles have not systematically discussed the interaction among the audience,the state and terrorism.At the same time,from the perspective of audience,an in-depth review of the punishment of terrorism by countries in today's international community shows that there are some problems,such as excessively strict anti-terrorism policies,improper use of violent means and improper media control.In the long run,these problems all affect the effect of anti-terrorism by sovereign states.Paper from the Angle of the audience to Habermas' s communicative action theory of pragmatics and negotiation ethics research in traditional western Christian world,Nietzsche's theory of "god is dead" and "people's main body" of the communist party of China theory as the foundation and basis of building the audience,sovereign state and the dynamic of terrorism "three yuan" anti-terrorism architecture theory.Through the analysis of the structural elements and internal relations,it is found that there is a close interaction between the audience,sovereign state and terrorism,which is of great significance to further distinguish the relationship between the audience and sovereign state,and between the audience and terrorism.The framework of "three elements" of anti-terrorism dynamics provides theoretical reference for sovereign states to solve the problems existing in anti-terrorism.According to the "three elements" framework of the anti-terrorism dynamics,sovereign states should proceed from the perspective of the audience,timely adjust the anti-terrorist policies,regulate and regulate the application of violent means,and adjust the control and guidance strategies of the public opinion in order to improve the anti-terrorist effect.
