With the substantial improvement of people's material living standards,people's aspiration for a better life is also growing day by day.However,at present,the drug problem is increasingly prominent and the situation is severe,which has become a chronic disease in social management.Therefore,it needs to be paid great attention to and effective measures should be taken to deal with it.Among the drug users registered by the Henan public security system in 2018,the proportion of female drug users has been increasing year by year.Due to female physiological particularity,psychological difference and other factors,it is much more difficult for female drug addicts to get rid of drug addiction than men.Even after getting rid of drug addiction,the relapse rate of female drug addicts is still high,making it difficult to completely get rid of the erosion of drugs.Moreover,in order to raise money to buy drugs,female drug users are frequently involved in prostitution,which has a negative impact on social morality.In view of the specialty of the female drug,this paper USES the governance theory,the theory of maslow's hierarchy of needs theory research tools,use case interview and questionnaire survey research methods,such as selecting the only female drug rehabilitation center in Henan province as the research samples,the harm of drugs to women as the breakthrough point,the management of the drug rehabilitation center,analyzing present situation and the drug abuse women find the detoxification of the existing main problems,analyzing problems and reasons existing in current drug management,and explore the countermeasures of compulsory isolation detoxification management ability to ascend.The specific contents mainly include: first,introduction.It mainly includes research background and significance,research review at home and abroad,research methods and theoretical tools,innovation and deficiency.The second is to strengthen the importance of compulsory isolation of female drug addicts.Through analyzing the current situation,the causes of female drug addicts and the harm of female drug addicts,it points out the social value of strengthening drug rehabilitation management.Third,the current situation and existing problems of women's compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation management in Henan province.The problems mainly include: difficulty in coordination between judicial administration drug rehabilitation and public security decision-making organs,backward concept of law enforcement personnel,and relapse of female drug addicts.Fourth,the causes of the problems in the management of forced isolation of female drug addicts in Henan province.Fifth,measures should be taken to improve the management of compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation,mainly including improving the construction of scientific power and responsibility mechanism,enhancing the team's ability to perform their duties,and taking multiple measures to carry out follow-up care of drug addicts.Finally,this paper puts forward perfect countermeasures from the system level,the manager level and the managed level,hoping that this paper can be used for reference to the compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation work,further improve the management level in the drug rehabilitation center,and take multiple measures to improve the follow-up care measures,so that drug addicts can better integrate into the society.
