Research On The Political Participation Of Private Business Owners And Its Influencing Factors

Since the reform and opening up,with the vigorous development of the national economy,the special group of private entrepreneurs has also grown.According to statistics,in 2017,the number of private enterprises in China has exceeded 27 million.At present,our country is still in the primary stage of socialism.How the government correctly regulates and effectively guides the political participation of private entrepreneurs,and then guarantees social stability and harmony,is a topic worthy of study for the current economic and political development of China.Practice also proves that the political participation of private entrepreneurs has become an important part of our citizens'political participation,and whether this can be achieved or not.An orderly and efficient political participation of a group will have a far-reaching impact on the development of socialist democratic politics in China.This paper mainly uses the theories and methods of public management,politics,sociology and other fields to study the political participation of private entrepreneurs and its influencing factors.At the same time,we should strengthen innovation in research methods,make comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative analysis,put forward the research framework of localized political participation and its influencing factors on the basis of combing relevant literature and research results of scholars at home and abroad,analyze the collected questionnaire data and draw conclusions,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote political participation of local private entrepreneurs.The first part of the text systematically expounds the background,mode and value of private entrepreneurs' political participation from the macro level.After four stages of initial development,rapid development,leapfrog development and transformation development,private entrepreneurs have moved from "outside the system" to "inside the system",and their political participation consciousness has been gradually enhanced,their political status has been significantly enhanced,and their political participation has also changed from "outside the system" to "inside the system".Chaos leads to order.At present,the political participation of private entrepreneurs can be divided into two categories:Institutionalized Participation and non-institutionalized participation,in which Institutionalized Participation is the main one,including joining the Communist Party of China,establishing the party building system of private enterprises,participating in the "two sessions" or grass-roots governance at all levels,and participating in social organizations,etc.From the political participation channels of this group,we can see that there are both "economic man" and "social man" values in this group,which are conducive to promoting their own development,safeguarding the interests of the industry,optimizing the business atmosphere,at the same time,it is more conducive to local economic and social development,and further developing socialist democratic politics.But at the same time,this group also has the problem of "amphibian" conflict.We must properly deal with such undesirable phenomena as impure motives and deviant participation in politics.In the second part,we measure the political participation of private entrepreneurs at the micro level by using empirical research methods such as questionnaire survey,personal interviews and econometric research.We grasp the influencing factors of political participation and focus on explaining the psychological factors of private entrepreneurs,that is,the relationship between political efficacy and their participation behavior.Through multiple linear regression analysis,the author finds that age,educational level and political outlook are directly related to the group's political participation.At the same time,it is concluded that external political efficacy has a more significant impact on political participation than internal political efficacy.Based on macro and micro analysis,the third part of this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the political participation of private entrepreneurs.In general,it is "government down,enterprise up,social integration".At the government level,firstly,we should strengthen the normative guidance within the existing institutional framework,guarantee the group's right to political participation,attach importance to its actual demands,and respond to relevant expectations in a timely manner.At the same time,we should also pay attention to non-institutionalized participation,resolutely crack down on power rent-seeking and reduce disorderly participation.Second,the current information dissemination mode is changing rapidly.The mass media has become an important channel for ordinary citizens to obtain information.Under this background,governments at all levels should vigorously promote "Internet+government affairs",broaden the channels for private entrepreneurs to participate in politics,and solve the problem of "no door" in the political participation of small and micro enterprises.Thirdly,the government should steadily promote "effective government,effective market",further transform government functions,carry out simplification and decentralization to the end,and strive to create a relaxed,convenient and fair development environment for private economy and private enterprises.From the enterprise level,private enterprises mainly improve their political position,ensure political correctness,and take a positive attitude of participation subjectively.In the process of political participation practice,we should consciously strengthen learning,keep abreast of advanced models,and solve the problem of inadequate capacity.At the same time,we should properly handle the issue of "economic man" or "political man",restrain our own behavior,and let political participation take place within the framework of institutionalization.From the social level,the most important thing is to further consolidate the economic foundation and maintain the national economy in a reasonable growth range.Secondly,we should pay attention to creating an atmosphere of political participation,highlight the cultivation of civic culture,enhance the political literacy of the participants,and let more social strata participate in political activities more actively.
