While the rapid development of the Internet promotes the development of online transactions,it has also given birth to a large number of online disputes,resulting in huge pressure on the judicial service system.In the era of big data,the judicial service system began to use the Internet to deal with the increasing workload.In practice,the judicial service system not only focuses on the efficiency and convenience of new technologies,but also focuses on the problems brought about by new technologies.The application of Internet technology in the judicial service system covers all aspects of cases such as prosecution,mediation,filing,service,cross-examination,trial and judgment.In recent years,countries including Australia,Canada,New Home Skin and the United States are exploring the combination of Internet technology and judicial service platform to solve disputes more conveniently and quickly.China is also continuously exploring and practicing in this field.From the initial immature QQ court to the nearly mature online court pilot,and then to the first Internet court to be put into operation,the development path of Internet court is tortuous and long.This article mainly discusses the new mode of Internet-related dispute resolution mechanism,that is,the development and improvement of Internet courts.By reviewing the previous exploration in establishing and improving the Internet court system in China,it focuses on the current trial mode of Internet courts in China.This article will discuss some major problems faced by the new mode of Internet court hearing,which may hinder the development and construction of Internet courts.Finally,this article will end with specific suggestions on how Internet courts can overcome the above difficulties and promote the healthy development of Internet courts.
