At present,the aging problem of our society is becoming more and more prominent,the traditional family pension model has no advantages.The old-age real estate with supporting facilities and care and nursing services has gradually become a hot social concern.However,China's pension real estate is in its infancy.It has a large investment in the early stage and a long period of fund recovery.The economic value of pension real estate projects in China is low,and no profit model suitable for the sustainable development of pension real estate has yet been found.Based on the characteristics of large investment,long payback period,the need to integrate related resources,and the inability of individual enterprises such as real estate enterprises,insurance enterprises and elderly service industries to independently maintain the healthy development of pension real estate projects,this paper starts with the integration of pension real estate with medical industry,tourism industry and pension service industry.In order to better adapt to the development and operation of pension real estate,the idea of resource integration,risk sharing and coordinated development in industrial convergence should be connected with the late operation management of pension real estate projects involving many industries and requiring the integration of various resources.The first part summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on pension real estate and introduces relevant theories;the second part combs the current situation and problems of the development of pension real estate in China,and puts forward the necessity of the integration of pension real estate development;the third part summarizes and analyses the integration of pension real estate and related industries on the basis of the previous article,and will integrate pension real estate items.The fourth part is based on the case analysis to analyze and summarize the problems and reasons that affect the economic value promotion of the old-age real estate and related industries in the process of integration;the fifth part puts forward clear suggestions and Countermeasures to enhance the economic value of the old-age real estate;The sixth part is the conclusion and shortcomings of the article.The research conclusion of this paper mainly has the following three aspects: First,the integration of endowment real estate and related industries is the inevitable trend of endowment real estate development;Secondly,the integrated development of old-age real estate is beneficial to the economic value of old-age real estate.Thirdly,the author puts forward a new view of the integration of old-age estate into medical industry,tourism industry and old-age service industry.In order to further promote the development of China's old-age real estate development enterprises to explore the current stage of old-age real estate development enterprises to provide reference.
