Chen Yun's Theory Of Ideological And Political Education And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Chen Yun,one of the great proletarian revolutionaries and the outstanding leaders of the Party and the state,as an important member of the first generation of central leading collective of the Party with Mao Zedong as the core and the second generation of central leading collective of the party with Deng Xiaoping as the core,he has made important historical contributions to the Party and the people in all times of the Chinese revolution,construction and reform.This has earned him the sincere support and love of the whole Party and the people of the whole country.Chen Yun has refined and summed up valuable theoretical experiences in many fields of work.Among them,his profound opinions and incisive remarks in the ideological and political education work have important theoretical and practical significance for guiding the ideological and political education work in the new era.In this study,I follow the principle of combining history with reality,combining part with whole,combining theory with practice,and comprehensively using various research methods to explore the formation background and development course of Chen Yun's theory of ideological and political education.Dig deeply into the basic connotation contained in this theoretical system,in order to construct a complete content system of Chen Yun's ideological and political education theory.Finally return to the specific practice and combine with the current educational practice to realize the creative application and further development of this theoretical system in the new era.Chen Yun's theory of ideological and political education came into being in the weatherless old China.Chinese excellent traditional culture,Marxism-Leninism and Maoism are the origin of its theory,and Chen Yun's more than 70 years of revolutionary struggle practice has injected a strong impetus for the development of this theory.Taking Chen Yun's practice in the period of revolution,construction and reform of the Party as a clue,Chen Yun's theory of ideological and political education sprouted from the tworkers' movements in which he participated;and took shape at the beginning of the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation;the period from the founding of New China to the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee was a period of gradual maturity of the theory;since then,there has been a tendency to continue to deepen the development.Chen Yun has always attached great importance to ideological and political propaganda work and accumulated rich experience in the long period of revolutionary struggle and practical work.Combining the specific requirements of educational objectives and the actual situation of educational objects,he put forward the education of communist ideals and beliefs,the fine traditional education of patriotism and revolution,the education of organizational style and discipline,and the "Efforts must be made to build a society that is advanced both materially and culturally and ideologically" as the basic contents of ideological and political education.Seeking truth from facts,combining politics with economy and criticism with self-criticism are three basic principles running through the whole process of theoretical system.Based on the concrete practice of ideological and political education,Chen Yun put forward four effective educational methods,including investigation and research,theoretical indoctrination and persuasion education,teaching according to aptitude,positive and negative typical education method.Chen Yun's theory of ideological and political education has also realized cross-fusion in many fields with its economic thought,Party building thought and philosophy thought.The flexible use of Chen Yun's theory of ideological and political education to guide practice is an important measure to make this theory radiate,upgrade and energize in the new era,and it is also the practical value of this theoretical research.Chen Yun's theory of ideological and political education inspired the ideological and political education work for economic practitioners,consolidated the political education of the public functionary,clarified the path of the ideological and political education of the college students,and promoted the ideological and political education work which is carried out in a large number of peasants.
