Practical Exploration Of Medical Social Workers Intervening In The Plight Of Charity Medical Assistance For Workers With Work-related Injuries

Work injury is a common accident in social life,which will bring heavy burden to individuals and families.It is characterized by suddenness,crisis and damage.As far as the current situation is concerned,work-related injuries in China are generally faced with the shortage of treatment costs and insufficient rights.The government's assistance as a basic guarantee is still insufficient in the rapid disbursement of funds and the improvement of citizens' ability to safeguard their rights.Therefore,social workers are involved in charity assistance and become workers with disabilities.An effective means of getting out of trouble.In this study,workers with work-related injuries were selected as research subjects.Based on the crisis intervention model and social support theory,case studies and participatory observation methods were used to develop professional services.First,the case study method and participatory observation method were used to investigate the specific performance of the group's dilemma.Then,the main reasons for the analysis are that the crisis events are more damaging,the individual's ability to cope with is insufficient,the family's economic life is difficult,and the rights and resources are insufficient.Secondly,based on the practice model of casework,social workers enhance the legal rights of the case through emotional counseling and linking resources,so that they can raise funds for treatment,reduce psychological burden,ease life pressure and safeguard legitimate rights and interests.Finally,through the intervention of the service process and the evaluation of the client,this study summarizes the four-in-one integration model of “ social workers +hospitals + government + social organizations” involving medical social workers in the charity medical assistance service for workers with disabilities,and calls for social mobility.Social organizations participate in charitable relief and expand the field of medical social work.
