Research On The Anomie Phenomenon Of The Network Political Participation Of The "Post-90s" Youth Groups

The development and popularization of the Internet have brought profound change to all aspects of social life,including the field of political life.At present,the influence of network political participation is growing in this respect of government's public decision-making,government governance and government credibility,promoting the development of China's socialist political civilization and the further development of socialist democracy.However,many anomie phenomena have been exposed in the current network political participation,which has brought many negative effects to the society.As the“Post-90s” youth group born in the Internet era,they can be said to be the priority experiencer in the information age in China.The political quality and political participation of the“Post-90s” youth group have a profound impact on the future development of China's democratic politics.Based on the anomie theory,this paper analyzes the status quo of the“Post-90s” youth group's participation in online politics from three aspects: Participation platform,participation behavior and participation attitude.Then,the double anomie in the three-dimensional analytical framework of “value-normal-behavior” proposed by zhu li,namely the normative and behavioral anomie model,is adopted as the theoretical framework of this paper to analyze the normative anomie and behavioral anomie in the current network political participation of the“post-90s” youth group.Among them,norm anomie is embodied in the brittleness of norm structure and the anomie of norm implementers,behavior anomie embodies moral anomie,action anomie and speech anomie.Then it looks for the reasons of anomies in the broad social background,social norms,social structure and group characteristics,and finally,from the perspective of prevention control and governance control,this paper discusses the path selection of orderly governance.
