On The Protecting Scope Of Property In Trust Protection

As an administrative organ exercising government administration,it is the right and duty of the administrative subject to adjust the laws and regulations or administrative behavior in time to adapt to the social development.But now the rapid development of our society requires the speed and frequency of the adjustment of laws and regulations and administrative acts to accelerate and increase,and the changes in laws and regulations or administrative acts will inevitably affect the existing facts which have been formed under the existing old law or the old administrative act.This paper mainly studies the problem of property protection in the principle of entity protection in the principle of trust protection,and focuses on the specific identification of the scope of protection,especially the reference standard of the amount.Focus on "vested interests" as the scope of property protection and "expected interests" as the scope of property protection.This paper mainly adopts the method of data analysis to collect and study a large amount of information,which covers the concepts of schools of law and scholars,and studies the interests of foreign trust and protection,especially in Germany,Japan,Taiwan and the United States.To practice,the use of case analysis in China's judicial practice in the process of problems encountered and possible solutions.
