In the context of the advent of the credit society,the state and large Internet companies entered the field of personal credit information,and the personal credit information market was influenced by the Internet to form a new business model.Internet economic factors such as big data technology,platform economy,and sharing economy were injected into the personal sign.The letter business has influenced and promoted the development of personal credit information business.With the development of the Internet personal credit information market in the past five years,the Bank's credit and sesame credits have sprung up,starting from the data or application,occupying the monopoly position of the industry,forming administrative monopoly of data and monopolization of the personal credit market,affecting the industry,competition.Among them,the data accumulation and application scenarios of personal credit information are regarded by the Internet credit reporting industry as a key part of improving their own competitiveness,and affect the definition of relevant markets.With the emergence of platform monopoly and the development of data derivative technology,monopoly issues are gradually triggered.Baihang Credit and Ant Credit Application use its dominant position and resources to quickly grasp the data resources and consumer market and form a monopoly.Through dialectical application of traditional relevant market definition theory and method,this paper identifies that China's Internet personal credit related market exists,and its geographical definition is mainly for China,but the market can be divided into three parts,one is the Internet personal credit report market.The second is the Internet personal credit data resource market,and the third is the Internet personal credit application service market.The three markets together constitute the relevant market for China's Internet personal credit reporting.Through the analysis of the market share data and the analysis of the business model,the existing monopoly problems are found out.Among them,the market dominance of Sesame Credit,the administrative monopoly problem triggered by the 100-line credit is analyzed,and the platform development model is In the analysis of the problem of concentration of operators arising from dual identity issues and bilateral or multilateral market issues,it is believed that platform-based Internet personal credits have boosted the emergence of monopolies and new problems of anti-monopoly;The author believes that the Internet personal credit information market is based on data as the core of competition.Both Sesame Credit and Baihang Credit Information have established data barriers and customer lock-in behaviors,making data an important factor in the anti-monopoly definition of the Internet personal credit market.Secondly,it is free.Factors such as usage issues,winner-take-all effects,and loyal customer models have also triggered a series of monopoly issues.Finally,through the comparative study of extraterritorial exp erience and China's current anti-monopoly system,combined with anti-monopoly economics theory,the corresponding legal countermeasures are drawn.
