The Path Analysis Of Constructing The Destiny Community Around China

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that adhering to the road of peaceful development and promoting the construction of a community of human destiny will become an important guiding principle for China's diplomatic cause in the future.At present,the world is facing a variety of challenges,such as traditional military threats,non-traditional security issues and world economic crises.Seeking a peaceful and stable political pattern,an open and inclusive economic pattern and a security pattern of Co-construction and sharing has become the common goal of all countries and even the whole mankind.The concept of "community of human destiny" put forward by China is just a set of "China plan" put forward by China for all countries in the world.To build a community of human destiny,we need to proceed from reality.The strategy of "one belt and one road" and the concept of "community of human destiny" have the relationship between "theory" and "practice".Through the implementation of the "one side initiative",China will start with the neighboring countries and rely on economic cooperation to give priority to the construction of the destiny community around China.Make it a successful experience of the construction of the concept of "thecommunity of human destiny".At present,there is no consensus on how to build a community of peripheral destiny and effective paths.Western scholars have done some research on the construction and popularization of the community theory,but the fact has proved that the traditional community and the "community of destiny" put forward by China have great differences in values,and the community constructed by the traditional theory has been challenged by the international community.Through the analysis of cooperation cases with neighboring countries and the sublation of the traditional western community concept,this paper explores the specific path of constructing the community of destiny around China.By constructing and analyzing the unit factors in the path of the fate community around China,we can understand its working mechanism and the reasons for its choice.In order to try to promote China and other countries to complete the community building,and ultimately realize the "free man's union".This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly through the gradual analysis and discussion of the traditional community theory,finds out the common ground between the theory and the concept of human destiny community,and puts forward the problems existing inthe traditional concept.Chapter two is devoted to exploring the definition of the neighborhood fate community,including the definition of the neighborhood,and why to build the neighborhood,and put forward the path analysis framework of building the neighborhood fate community.Chapter 3,based on the analysis framework proposed in the previous chapter,explains the meaning and function of the unit factors,and explores the path through two analysis latitudes of "potential common benefit" and "development concept identification",which include the material basis elements emphasized by realism and the value emphasized by constructivism.Concept identification,completing the modernization and Sinicization of the core of traditional theory analysis.The last chapter uses the path analysis framework proposed before to explore the possible implementation path of China in the process of building China-ASEAN Community of Destiny and China-East Asia Community.
