Research Of Auxiliary Police Team In Zhongshan Municipal Public Security Bureau In Guangdong Province

The auxiliary police system is used in common around the modern world.Because of the rapid development of China’s economic,social conflicts and crimes increased,the criminal technology and means are changeful,our country in the maintenance of social order stability is facing enormous challenges.In this era background,the auxiliary police force arises at the historic moment and growing.Now the auxiliary police team has become an important force to relieve the strain on the police in maintaining social order stability.There are still havenot a law to regulate such a large population.Due to it and other reasons,our auxiliary police team encountered many problems and difficulties in the development.In order to develop auxiliary police,we should address these difficult issuesand solve themscientifically.That can help to build a socialist harmonious society.The author of this article will be based on his own learning and work experience in Zhongshan Municipal Public Security Bureau,to research the auxiliary police team construction from three aspects.First,in-depth understanding of the auxiliary police force management status quo depth analysis team management problems;the second is to learn from study abroad Auxiliary management system,multi-channel understanding,expand Auxiliary team building research direction,constructing a standardized auxiliary police team with Zhongshan characteristic.Third,the combination of current construction and actual research team analyzed data from perfect,implementation of the relevant laws and regulations,standards and strengthening business skills training,improve the management level of the auxiliary police,strict recruiting mark,improved benefits,establish and improve the assessment;team building system mechanism,scientific planning and career prospects and other aspects,and gives some views and suggestions.
