Research On The Construction Of The Cadre Team Of Discipline Inspectors In Z County Of Henan Province

Since the 18 th CPC national congress,the state has reformed the discipline inspection and supervision system and established the supervisory commission.Z county through the reform,personnel on the biggest characteristic is commission for discipline inspection supervisor appointed in organizations since its founding in Z county commission for discipline inspection committee always outnumbered reach 223,an increase of 140 compared to before the reform,but reform followed,there is a lot of problems,such as personnel quality,the business level is uneven,specialized level is not high,although another number to match neat,but the system did not form a set of mature management mechanism,such as rank promotion,professional and technical training,etc.According to the party and the government to the requirement of party discipline and the management of party members,in order to achieve the goal of the party in an all-round way,must strengthen the construction of the party and government at all levels of the disciplinary inspection and supervision organization system of continuously perfect,improve the comprehensive quality of personnel,but the problems will affect the further development of the discipline inspection work.Combining with the related research results at home and abroad,with Xi Jinping cadre team construction thoughts as the instruction,using the research methods of literature research and case analysis,the Z county cadres to conduct a comprehensive analysis of discipline inspection,found that exist in the discipline inspection team personnel is unreasonable,the cadre work enthusiasm is not high,poor training effect,such as problems,the reasons are the insufficient capacity of cadres of specialization,the plan of the improper incentives,cadres training is missing,and from strengthening the construction of a contingent of professional discipline inspection,the implementation of diversification of incentives and development system of cadres training planning put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The purpose of this study is that,in view of the particularity of grass-roots work of discipline inspection,to explore the way of improving the quality of personnel of discipline inspection at the grass-roots level,and constantly enhance the professional quality and ability of discipline inspection,we will deepen reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision organization,establish the perfect system of discipline inspection mechanism,create a good political ecological environment and realize the all-round development of social economy.
