With the development of network information technology and the popularity of social media,especially the renovation of mobile internet technology and social model,cyberbullying gradually become a worldwide wave inverse,and become a social problem that nots allow to ignore.cyberbullying is the most serious in the youth group,which brings great influence to the development of the teenagers'body and mind.However,the empirical research on cyberbullying is less in China,and the mechanism of its action is scarce,therefore,to explore the cyberbullying happened before,and proximal end effect of routing and processing mechanism,which has a great effect on the prevention and intervention of cyberbullying.Using the General Attack Model theory(GAM),this study explores the psychological mechanism of adolescent cyberbullying by studying the relationship between psychological state,mental health,emotional regulation and cyberbullying,in order to provide scientific basis for improving the physical and mental health of cyber bullies and victims.This study has a total of 310 initial and the senior High school student from jiangxi,henan,carries on the questionnaire survey,This study uses"the questionnaire of cyberbullying","Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ)","Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ),and"Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale,(DASS-21)"measured teenagers suffer the cyberbullying,the degree of implementation of cyberbullying,Psychological state,emotional adjustment strategy,mental health.The results of the study are as follows:1.there is a significant gender difference in adolescent cyberbullying,where men score higher on cyber bullying than women,both as perpetrators and as victims.2.The individual factors of adolescents,such as academic performance,long network use time,and situational factors such as perceived social support and network bullying are related.The worse the academic performance,the longer the network use,the less support from parents,peers,and schools,the more severe the network bullying teenagers experience.3.There is a correlation between the psychological state of adolescents and cyberbullying.Among them,emotional symptoms,conduct problems,hyperactivity and total difficulty and network bullying is related,the higher the difficulty score,the more serious the network bullying of teenagers.Prosocial behavior has a negative correlation with the perpetrators of cyberbullying and has no relationship with the victim.4.There is no correlation between cyber bullying and emotion regulation strategy.However,there is a significant positive correlation between expression inhibition and network bullying.5.There is a positive correlation between cyberbullying and adolescent mental health.The more serious the network bullying,the higher the scores of adolescents in depression,anxiety and depression,the worse their mental health level.6.There is a partial intermediary effect between expression suppression and mental health.Being unable to vent after bullying can lead to more psychological problems such as stress,anxiety and depression.
