Research On The Copyright Protection Of Artificial Intelligence Creatures

With With the development and advancement of science and technology,artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly,and more and more artificial intelligence creation logistics has entered our social life.The application of artificial intelligence has become more and more extensive,and has gradually penetrated into the fields of literature and art.Artificial intelligence has developed from "weak artificial intelligence" to "strong artificial intelligence" and has become an intervention factor in the field of literature and art.Whether it is the "Sunshine Lost Glass Window" poems created by Microsoft "Xiao Bing",or the creation of artistic works of art in the field of art,is a good example to reflect its involvement.The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and its involvement in the creative field are the impact and challenge of the current copyright law system.Traditional copyright law is designed to give rights holders exclusive rights to works and to stimulate the creation of works.The traditional copyright law stipulates that the intellectual achievement of human beings and the rules of the author are also natural and human-centered.In terms of object,the work should be the author's personality judgment and expression.On the subject side,the attribution of rights belongs to natural persons,legal persons or other organizations.Due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence,from simple machine-assisted creation to its own core of creation.Artificial intelligence technology has brought about disputes and contradictions in copyright laws.One of the questions is whether artificial intelligence artifacts can be defined as works.Another question is whether artificial intelligence itself can be an author,a copyright holder,and a final right to belong.The large number of artificial intelligence creations,the inability to use traditional copyright law to clarify the nature of their creations and the unclear ownership of rights are all major impacts on copyright law.Failure to resolve will lead to a large number of copyright legal disputes,and even less.Conducive to the future development of artificial intelligence,so this problem should be found to protect it.In view of this,the first part of this paper introduces and classifies the artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence creations,and understands its essence and principle in order to better characterize it.Then the second part analyzes the obstacles of protection based on the necessity and practical significance of the protection of artificial intelligence copyright,and finally discusses the possibility of protection,that is,the artificial intelligence creation can become a work.The third part is to find out the scheme of the ownership of artificial intelligence on the basis of affirming the workability of artificial intelligence creation.Among them are the controversial views and try to find a best solution.The final part is the design of the supporting scheme to propose the copyright protection of artificial intelligence creation.
