Research On Online Resolution Mechanism For Civil Disputes Of "Internet +"

“Internet+” era has not only produced a great impact on our society,but also changed people's daily life style,which make our life convenient but also raise such difficulties: the huge number of traditional disputes and the unceasing emergence of new civil disputes with a medium of the Internet.The traditional resolution mechanism for civil dispute can solve these problems,but in fact,the it has been in an overloaded status and people often spend a high cost and a long time in using it to solve disputes,so people also have a new demand for the way to solve disputes.With the strong development of Internet technology in our country,we must change our thinking to effectively use the advantages of Internet technology.In order to deal with complex social disputes,we must use a new dispute resolution mechanism called the online resolution mechanism for civil dispute.Online resolution mechanism for civil disputes has just started as a new dispute mechanism in China,so it still has many defects in the law,cognition and practice.At present,our country faces a great challenge about how to develop and improve the China's online resolution mechanism for civil disputes to effectively solve disputes,promote social governance and maintain social stability.First,by taking online resolution mechanism for civil disputes as the core content,this paper explains its definition,analyses its relationship with Internet technology through the discussion about its characteristics and types,and makes differences and connections between it and traditional dispute resolution mechanism.Then,by introducing the practice and development of China's online resolution mechanism for civil dispute,Britain and America,this paper got the corresponding enlightenment through comparison and summary,thus considers the operation status of online resolution mechanism for civil dispute in China,and summarize its advantages and points out its shortcomings.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on how to develop and improve the China's online resolution mechanism for civil dispute.
