Research On The Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism In City P

China's economy has entered a new period of rapid development recently,at the same time,the resistance and difficulties of this reform are also becoming bigger and bigger,which becomes a major obstacle to economic development.So how to solve conflicts and disputes timely and promote the seamless connection and efficient operation of all dispute settlement methods is an important issue to be solved urgently by the social governance at the present stage.This paper's subject is the pluralistic dispute resolution mechanism.And we can conduct research and ananlysis this subject through solving the disputes,and we can also solve this by using the social governance theory and the new public management theory.At last,City P is selected in my study.I can state how to find the right suggestions of dealing this city's problems in details.At first,according to literature research,case analysis,field investigation and other methods,we objectively analyse the local diversified dispute resolution mechanism operation status of City P.Next,finding out that there are some problems in the operation of City P,such as the poor coordination and linkage mechanism,the shortage of special mediators,the virtual existence of professional mediation organizations in the industry,and the lag of mediation methods.Then,analyzing the reasons of these problems from the following three aspects: insufficient attention,unsmooth operation system and unsound guarantee system.In addition,in this paper,I study the typical experience of domestic dispute resolution mechanism,and analyze the reference significance of "Fengqiao experience","Xiamen example" and "Nantong example",in order to improve the diversified dispute resolution mechanism of City P.Finally,basing on the actual situation of City P,I propose these suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the diversified dispute resolution mechanism from these three aspects: strengthening the institutional construction of diversified dispute resolution mechanism,strengthening the coordination and linkage between departments of diversified dispute resolution mechanism,and strengthening the basic guarantee of diversified dispute resolution mechanism.
