Research On The Application Of Blockchain In E-Government Service

Government service supply is an important function of the government.In recent years,citizens' demands on the authenticity of government affairs information,convenience of government affairs services and wide range of services have been continuously improved to some extent.Optimizing government service is not only the expectation of the masses,but also the responsibility of the government itself.There is no doubt that the Non-tampering modification and the trace-ability of Blockchain and the development of smart contract have great potential in improving the efficiency of government affairs service,ensuring the truth of government affairs information and solving the bottleneck problem of government affairs information sharing.This paper around Blockchain as a new technology embedded in the application of government services to carry on the overall analysis.First of all,this paper study the application of Blockchain in the service of government affairs,and whether to use Blockchain as the distinguishing between the old and the new model in the service of the government affairs,and through the comparison of the two modes,put forward the application of Blockchain technology in the government affairs service to make up the deficiency of the current government service.Secondly,through summarizing the application of,it is found that there are still three problems existing in the application of Blockchain in government affairs services: technology,management and environment,including non-uniform technical standards,hidden dangers in security technology,loopholes in smart contracts,data management is not in place,authority management is not clear,management system mismatch,resource environment,social environment and policy environment need to be optimized as well.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve technology,perfect management and construct environment,including unifying technical standards,promoting technological breakthroughs,filling loopholes in smart contracts,strengthening data management,attaching importance to authority management,formulating management system,establishing a sustainable resource environment,optimizing the social environment and improving the policy environment.
