The Practical Exploration Of Cognitive Behavior Deviation Of Social Work Intervention In Drug Rehabilitation Personnel

This paper is an applied practical paper which takes the drug addicts in the compulsory isolation detoxification center(abbreviated as drug rehabilitation personnel)as the research object and corrects their cognitive behavior deviation as the research purpose.With the rapid development of China's market economy,close international exchanges,the rapid spread of drugs,the number of drug users continues to rise,the problem of drug abuse has developed into a harmful social problem.At present,the main detoxification mode in our country is compulsory isolation detoxification,which is different from the early detoxification through labor and public security detoxification.the problems brought by this detoxification model are also diverse: the relapse rate is high,the degree of social acceptance is low and so on.The main reason for this problem is that the traditional detoxification model only gets rid of drug addiction from the physiological point of view,not from the cognitive and psychological point of view.Therefore,we need to explore more active and effective detoxification model.The cognitive behavior model of the social work intervention in this paper mainly helps the drug rehabilitation personnel get rid of psychological drug dependence,correct their cognitive behavior deviation,and give full play to the potential and advantages of the clients themselves.Finally,changes in behavior are made to provide favorable conditions for subsequent return to society.As early as 2008,Shenzhen has begun an active attempt to detoxify social work,and then developed to this day,Shenzhen has a very rich experience in detoxification work.In this context,the author came to a drug rehabilitation person in Shenzhen City because of the internship to select the drug rehabilitation person as the research goal,and determined the typical drug rehabilitation person M as the service object of this case.The author mainly uses the case study method,the observation method and the interview method.The author uses cognitive behavioral therapy and dominant perspective therapy to provide case service for the service object,mainly sets up five case stages to correct the cognitive behavior deviation of the service object,and helps the service object to improve their self-confidence and self-determination.It improves the relationship between the service object and the family,and promotes the transformation and development of itself.Finally,through the professional evaluation of social work to support the author's case service is effective.To sum up,the author believes that it is necessary to expand the social support network of drug rehabilitation personnel and excavate the self-development ability of drug rehabilitation personnel.
