Research On The Thought Of Community Of Shared Future For Mankind Under The Background Of Sino-US Trade Friction

With the deepening development of economic globalization,countries all over the world are closely linked and interdependent,trade is smoother,information is more convenient,culture is more diverse and communication is closer.Globalization has brought about great prosperity of the global economy,but also more challenges.In order to solve the common problems facing mankind and jointly meet the challenges of globalization,China has put forward the thought of "Community of Shared future for mankind" and put it into practice actively.The thought of Community of Shared future for mankind advocates win-win cooperation and contributes Chinese wisdom to resolving differences in global conflicts and reforming the global governance system.Apart from the Community of Shared future for mankind,Sino-US trade frictions is also worthy of attention.In especial,after the new President Trump took office,the Sino-US trade war initiated by the United States has aggravated Sino-US trade frictions.The conflict between the practical problems caused by Sino-US trade friction and the ideal win-win cooperation embraced by the Community of Shared future for mankind the practical problems caused by Sino-US trade friction is obvious and therefore,it is important to study the Community of Shared future for mankind on the ground of Sino-US trade friction which is the theme of this article.From the perspective of Sino-US trade frictions,this paper probes into the basic problems of Sino-US trade frictions,teases out the historical evolution of Sino-US trade frictions,analyses the specific characteristics and main reasons of Sino-US trade frictions during Trump's period and studies the four dilemmas of "zero-sum game" reflected by Sino-US trade frictions,namely,the crisis of trust that undermines public trust,the economic crisis that damages the long-term economic interests,the social crisis that Americans pay for,and the international crisis of condemnation and restraint.In Sino-US trade frictions,China and the United States have shown totally different ideas and approaches.The United States openly calls out the "American priority" concept of governance,while China actively advocates the "win-win cooperation" concept of Community of Shared future for mankind.This paper analyses the background,principles and substantive content of the concept of "American priority",and deeply interprets the connotation,theory and realistic basis of the Chinese thought of Community of Shared future for mankind.It also makes a deep study of the American priority concept and the thought of Community of Shared future for mankind in economics,politics and culture differences between China and the United States.Taking the comparative study of the American priority concept and the Community of Shared future for mankind and the realistic dilemma of Sino-US trade friction combined,we could arrive at the conclusion that making politics based on the Community of Shared future for mankind is the only effective solution to Sino-US trade friction.This paper analyses the necessity and feasibility of resolving Sino-US trade friction from the two aspects of the Community of Shared future for mankind respectively.The necessity lies in breaking the "zero-sum game"dilemma.To break out of the trap of Thucydides and alleviate the crisis of strategic mutual trust between China and the United States requires the support of the thought of the Community of Shared future for mankind.The feasibility lies in that the Community of Shared future for mankind can effectively resolve the economic,political,strategic and global governance brought about by Sino-US trade frictions through Sino-US economic and trade exchanges,strategic partnership,cultural exchanges and mutual learning,and the improvement of the multilateral trade framework.The thought of Community of Shared future for mankind not only provides pioneering ideas for resolving the disputes between China and the United States,but also has world guiding significance and practical value in solving global problems.Finally,the paper discusses the significance of Community of Shared future for mankind worldwide and the specific path to realize it.
