The issue of the dismissal of the slaughter in the Song Dynasty was related to the operation of the entire Song Dynasty bureaucratic system and the political movement of the Song Dynasty.It was an important content in the history of China's political and legal affairs.The relevant research results of the slaughter in the Song Dynasty were quite rich in the academic world,and related issues concerning its recall were also involved.However,this article will focus on the dismissal records of the relevant slaughter involved in the dismissal of the slaughter,combined with the legal and historical documents related to the dynasty,starting from the central government system of the Song Dynasty,and the removal of the central slaughter officials of the Song Dynasty.Analyze and study the legal issues involved.Based on the analysis of the internal environment of the bureaucratic system and the external political situation in which the officials were dismissed,the real reasons for the removal of specific slaughter personnel were explored.The slaughter is at the top of power and must make good use of power.However,in many slaughter of crimes that have been violated due to crimes,deep-rooted class superiority and arrogance have become a major cause of ruining their political careers,even from the time of Song Taizu's Zhao Yu period.The central government system reform was implemented,and a series of criminal and administrative penalties for the punishment of official crimes were issued in the Song Dynasty.However,it still failed to achieve the integrity and efficiency of the bureaucratic team.As an indispensable group in the operation of the country,the issue of team building is still worthy of our consideration.
