Study On Xi Jinping's Diplomatic Thoughts

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Confronted by the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the unprecedented great changes in the world for a century,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core develop out a series of major theoretical and practical innovation,which formed Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts.Xi Jinping diplomatic thoughts provided new insights and new solutions for the international political and economic problems and improved the Chinese diplomatic works.It also promoted the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and boosted China's international image.The main body of this paper is divided into six parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction.It mainly elaborates four aspects: first,it elaborates the research background and significance,the research background is mainly from the perspectives of international and domestic,and the research significance mainly comes from two aspects: theoretical significance and practical significance;second,it is literature review,It is mainly to sort out the existing research results of academia around different topics,and analyze its characteristics and shortcomings;Third,expound the research methods.It is mainly based on the methodology of Marxism and the research methods commonly used in academia,such as the literature research,the comparative research,etc.The fourth is to elaborate the innovation of this paper.It mainly analyzes from perspective of the research methods and innovative viewpoints of the thesis,and answers the value of this paper.The second part mainly expounds the theoretical issues related to Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts.It includes three aspects.First,it elaborates on the connotation and main contents of Xi Jinping's thoughts on diplomacy.It mainly defines the meaning of Xi Jinping's thoughts on diplomacy and briefly outlines the contents contained in the ideological system.Second,it expounds the formation of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts.This paper divides the formation of his thoughts into two stages,taking the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the demarcation point,and analyzes the content and characteristics of different stages.Third,explain the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts.It mainly explains the diplomatic thoughts of Marx,Engels,Lenin and the Communist Party of China and reveals the close relationship between Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts and them.They come down in one continuous line and the new thoughts are innovated from these theory.The third part elaborates the main content of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts.It is from four logical levels: fundamental principles,diplomatic ideas,diplomatic path,and diplomatic strategies.First,it elaborated on the fundamental principles that Xi Jinping has proposed,which must be followed in diplomatic work,to ensure the party's leadership over diplomatic work,reform the leadership system for diplomatic work.Second,it elaborates Xi Jinping's diplomatic concepts.Including the concept of the times,the concept of civilization,the concept of justice and benefit,the concept of international order,the concept of security,the concept of governance and so on.Third,it elaborate on Xi Jinping's thought of peaceful development.Fourth,it elaborates the ideas of Xi Jinping's diplomatic strategies.It includes the idea of promoting the diplomacy of powerful country,the construction of "One Belt And One Road” and building global partnerships.The fourth part elaborates the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts.It includes four aspects: first,profound national culture;second,broad world feelings;third,grand dialectical think ing;fourth,strong problem orientation.The fifth part elaborates the era value of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts.It includes two aspects: first,theoretical value,including innovative development of Marxism and Chinese diplomatic theories;second,practical value,including providing theoretical guidance for Chinese diplomatic practice in the new era and contributing to solving common problems faced by human society with Chinese wisdom and China program.The sixth part is conclusion.It mainly includes two aspects: firstly,it summarizes the main treatises of the paper and refines the viewpoints;secondly,it expounds the shortcomings of the paper and the need for further improvement in the future.
