Research On Xi Jinping’s Overall National Security Concept

Since entering the new era,new changes have occurred in the international situation,new hegemonism and power politics have developed,and non-traditional security such as network security,financial security and energy resource security are intertwined with other traditional security issues.The three major undertakings of domestic reform,development and stability are fraught with difficulties,and fundamental changes have taken place in the main social contradictions,and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics still faces unimaginable difficulties in all aspects.In view of the vagaries of the security situation at home and abroad,the CPC Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as its general secretary,from the height of the national strategy,in accordance with the new requirements put forward by the theory and practice of national security in the new era,put forward a series of security strategic ideas in line with the trend of the times and conform to the development,a national security concept with a general and epochal nature has been formed.This thesis is mainly divided into the following parts:The introduction part expounds Why Xi Jinping’s overall national security view is selected as the topic,and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of studying this topic.At the same time,it also summarizes the research status of the overall national security concept at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods and innovation points of this paper.The first part mainly discusses the changes of the international and domestic situation,and on this basis,probes into the theoretical basis of the formation of the overall national security concept from three aspects of the national security thought of Marxist classical writers,the thought of Chinese traditional govern and the thought of national security since the founding of New China.The second part focuses on the core connotation of the overall national security concept,mainly including the purpose of people’s security,with political security as the fundamental,on the basis of economic security,military,cultural and social security as the guarantee,network security as the key,to promote international security as the focus of six aspects.The third part discusses the basic characteristics of the overall national securityconcept from the nature,innovation,practicality and times of the people,and summarizes the theoretical value and practical significance of the overall national security concept.The fourth part gives the concrete countermeasure to how to practice the overall national security view from three aspects of safety thinking,safety layout and safety road.
