Research On The Leading Ability Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural grassroots party organization is the basic organizational unit of the Communist Party of China in rural areas,and its level of governance is directly related to the prosperity and stability of rural society.Compared with other grassroots party organizations,there are still many problems in the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.In terms of rural party building and party organization governance,the academic community has produced research results in a wide range of fields,and many rural grassroots party building innovation practices have yielded fruitful results.In 2018,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to promote the party building and promote rural revitalization.However,the rural revitalization strategy as a policy background to study the achievements of rural grassroots party organization construction is not good enough,and more is a brief description of the problems and shortcomings of the current rural party building.There is a lack of theoretical research and experience accumulation in rural party building to lead rural rejuvenation.Under this academic background,according to the decision-making deployment of the country's rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to theoretically discuss and summarize the rural grassroots party organization in the context of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing and refining the existing research,this paper focuses on the weak links of the existing research,taking the important meeting documents of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party as the policy direction,taking the rural revitalization as the research background,and reviewing the rural areas since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The development process of grassroots party organizations;combined with the current situation of rural social development,in-depth analysis of the difficulties and challenges faced by grassroots party organizations in political core leadership,interest integration,organizational mobilization and value leadership;rural revitalization as the research background,grassroots party organizations Case studies that lead the rural governance,industrial development,cultural revitalization,and social services,provide a practical basis for the macro-level leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations.On the basis of logical combing and experience summarization,this paper extracts countermeasures and suggestions for improving the leading ability of rural grassroots party organizations from the four aspects of politics,economy,ideological value and service,in order to effectively solve the problem of weak leading ability of grassroots party organizations at present.It provides theoretical references for the achievements of party building research and the improvement of rural grassroots party building.
