Study On Strengthening Rural Grass-roots Party Organization And Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural Revitalization Strategy has become an important measure to solve the current rural problems.The CPC Central Committee has repeatedly stressed that improving the party’s efforts in Rural Revitalization is conducive to promoting the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,while the rural grass-roots party organizations have the deepest feeling for the key and difficult points in rural work and understand the demands of the masses,which provides a solid and effective guarantee for the realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy.In the new period,the Rural Revitalization Strategy puts forward higher requirements for the grass-roots party organizations.Therefore,under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,which countermeasures should be used to strengthen the construction of the rural grass-roots party organizations so that the Rural Revitalization can finally be realized has become a problem worthy of deep research.At present,how to improve the ideological leadership,team service,political appeal and economic guidance of the rural grass-roots party organizations At present,there are still some difficult problems in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations that have not been effectively solved.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations.Based on this,this paper first starts with theoretical analysis,through summarizing the positioning of rural grass-roots party organizations in the process of Promoting Rural Revitalization and the new requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy,it shows that in today’s era,strengthening rural grass-roots party construction is of great significance to solve the "three rural" problems.According to the actual investigation of H City,the paper summarizes the achievements of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations under the background of Rural Revitalization as follows: further strengthening the ideals and beliefs of Rural Revitalization in ideology;getting greater support and affirmation from the masses in economy;improving the working ability of grass-roots organizations in the team.The main problems are as follows: the leadership and demonstration role of rural grass-roots party organizations need to be strengthened;the innovation ability in leading rural revitalization is insufficient;relevant systems need to be improved;the level of information and technology needs to be improved.Through sorting out and summarizing the above problems,this paper puts forward various effective countermeasures for strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations under the background of Rural Revitalization in the new period: improving the ideological and political awareness of Party members,further strengthening the ideological leadership ability of rural grass-roots party organizations;optimizing the ability,gender,educational background and age ratio of rural Party members,and enhancing the innovation ability in Rural Revitalization Further refine and improve the relevant management and incentive system,so as to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in all aspects and boost the implementation of Rural Revitalization.
